Live Oak Landing

Freeport, FL Live Oak Landing:  http://www.rvcoutdoors.com/liveoak-landing/ Overview:  We stayed here for its close proximity to Destin and Seaside, Florida.  However, if we were to do it again we would stay at Grayton Beach State Park, as it is walking distance to the beach and biking distance to Grayton, Watercolor, and Seaside.  Having said that, Live Oak Landing is a nice, modern park with excellent Wi-Fi.  It was definitely secluded and quiet.  Wizard really enjoyed the dog park! Campsites:  Fairly level paved sites, full hook-ups (50 amp) with cable, somewhat close spacing but angled so that the sites feel roomier, picnic table, and fire pits. Not all waterfront sites have good views (best are sites 12-16) Amenities: Pool, community center, coin laundry, very nice large clean bathrooms, walking path along the river, boat ramp, boat rental/charter, cottages for rent Pet friendly:  Yes, with a very large fenced in dog park. Internet:  Great Wi-Fi Price:  $43-47/night Rating: 3/5
