Fort Collins, CO

Overview: This is a fantastic county park near Fort Collins. We moved here from the KOA in Fort Collins because it was much more affordable. It is right on Horsetooth Reservoir with amazing views and all that the lake offers (boating, fishing, etc.). The camp hosts were awesome and helped us extend our stay. (We had to move 3 times in order to stay the 2 weeks.) It is a very desirable park; so try to book in advance if possible.
Campsites: Lakeside sites are electric (30amp) and water only. Sites with lake views are full hookups (30/50 amp, water, sewer). Each site has a nice patio area with a picnic table and fire pit. The sites are very level gravel. The sites are nicely spaced out for privacy. Lakeside sites have shade trees.
Amenities: Bathhouses, recreational pavilion, boat launches, and beaches.
Pet friendly: Yes, but pets must remain on a leash.
Internet: No
Price: $20-25/night
