LaConner, WA
Website: http://www.rvonthego.com/washington/la-conner-rv-camping-resort/
Overview: This is a very nice Thousand Trails/Encore Resort on the Skagit Bay! It is also on the Swimonish Indian Reservation. The Swimonish community has a fishery near the park, so no public fishing is allowed. The park is very large with SO many amenities. It is about a 5 minute drive to the lovely downtown of LaConner and 20 minutes from Mount Vernon. In addition it is 15-20 minutes to Anacortes and the ferry system to the San Juan Islands. We loved our stay here and definitely will return!
Campsites: Fairly level, dirt RV parking pads of varying sizes. Some sites are very small (suitable for a small trailer or tent) while others are big enough for 30-45 feet RVs. Many water view sites are available! All sites are 30 amps with water; some sites have sewer hook-ups (about 1/3 of the sites). Most sites are wooded for privacy. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table.
Amenities: Boat launch, spa (hot tub), family center with public Wi-Fi, trading post store, recreation center, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, multiple playgrounds, adult lodge, cabin rental, pickle ball courts, dump station, and lots of planned activities.
Pet friendly: Yes.
Internet: Public Wi-Fi at Family Center, good cellular signals
